Eastern: 3 AM – 8 AM & 4 PM – 9 PM

This event will stack with 2x EXP Coupons, so you could use one from the Cash Shop to get 4x EXP!

I was on Broa at 4 am eastern and I wasn't getting 2x, so I just gave up.

I was on Broa during that time and the 2x did happen. It shows as 'bonus exp' and the text colour is white, so maybe you didn't notice?
