but I use the map alot probably thanks to ALTTP and most likely the ice dungeon trying to get the blue armor

What?
There are people who don't use the map, especially in the 2d games?
Hell, phantom hourglasses main gimmick was that you could draw stuff on the map.

To be fair, I never use maps in 3D Zelda games, unless I'm warping around. I just rely on my sense of direction to take me where I need to go, since pausing to check locations can be a pain.
In top-down Zelda games, though, maps are nearly a necessity.

Yeah, I've personally never heard of anybody using maps, even in the 2D games like A Link to the Past. None of the major games warrant using a map in them to be honest. Your path is typically straightforward aside from a few rooms here or there. The dungeons are almost always designed by blocking your way to certain rooms until you've completed other ones, and since the paths are blocked that means you just go through the areas you CAN go to and work your way through the dungeons that way. Once you get the dungeon item then it becomes a matter of finding things that it interacts with, thus allowing you to continue progressing till you beat the dungeon.
There's almost always a pattern or template that Zelda games follow in terms of general dungeon design and puzzle design, so once you figure out the patterns you never have trouble in any game in the franchise, ever. It's kinda like learning to ride a bike; at first you're a little awkward as you're learning the basics, but once you get the basics down you're instantly god-tier and no matter what happens in the future you're still god-tier at it.

The bravely default figure is fucking horrendous.
What went wrong with Agnes' face? It looks like one of those cheap figurines you can get for sub £5

eh i didn't think it was that bad.
She kinda looks more like Alice from Alice: Madness Returns though, since they didn't model it on her game art for some reason....
I'm finding the game quite a challenge and im still in the prologue

What? The eyes are wonky, off centre and nothing like her character art, the eyebrows are literally a line and the mouth is also wonky. The hair also doesn't look great.
I so wish we got the american special edition instead, only $15 more than the normal game price (so, like £10~15 more than the standard edition) and they get everything except the figure. It sure as hell isn't worth the £60 increase over the base game. Shame too, because I want the other things.

Your common figure made from deviantART, then?

Ok so it isn't amazing but i dont find it ugly to look at.
Plus i think if the special edition actually came with a good figure made by one of the popular japanese brands it would be like £200 lol.

You can get plenty of much better figurines in the ~£30 range that don't look like crap. Ubisoft sells a bunch of figures for £30 based on its assassin creed games, for example, which look a lot better.
It didn't need to be one of those amazing £100+ figures, but it shouldn't look like the face is done in the same factory that (albeit, some of the better ones)poundland figures come from.

I'm liking the Miiverse =] I can see myself taking a bit of time after playing Pokemon to visit the Miiverse and "Yeah" a few posts/drawings.
Speaking of which though, I hear you can't submit screenshots to the Pokemon Miiverse area? Not sure why, seems like it would be nice to screenshot a few things here and there in-game.
Maybe they'll change that at some point, idk.

It seems like you can't directly message people through the 3DS version of Miiverse, you can only follow people and such. =/

Every since the update, I keep hitting an 011-3051 error code when trying to access the eShop.
Otherwise, pretty good update. Still waiting for that YouTube app though.

Wait, america doesn't have the youtube app yet?
It's pretty crap anyway, unless you like sub 240p videos.

You can't, for the same reason they disabled Nintendo Letterbox from letting you send messages online

The Youtube app is out, actually. For some reason they just didn't make a big deal out of it when it was released, but it's in the eshop!

Because I'm a fan of Kirby and I don't see a lot of material on the new game, I found three videos.
Oh, completely forgot something else.

Beetle looks OP
Reminds me of a combination of suplex and wing
Bell looks like a slightly better mirror.
Happy to see ninja return, and the music sounds great as always.
