RED update thoughts and feedback

So Lilin gave me a little quiz.....

Anyway, I picked female, and lo and behold, Aran is female!

I picked male, which made Lilin giggle and tell me I'm cute (what?), and the Aran that showed up was male.

Idk if any other mages posted yet, but for I/L something that normally wasn't included in your range got included during Red...

Elemental Amp or something else equal to 50% total damage is now included in range. Looks like amp is now total damage apparently.
It's still off by x1.20 for explorer mages for me though.

Range = 120411
1.20 * (4*2836+298) * 507/100 * 1.7 = 120410.8776

Range = 60600
1.20 * (4*2592+286) * 316/100 * 1.5 = 60599

I love that Gollux's body parts drop green coins again. Superior Gollux earrings shall be mine!

No point in saving them, though. I mean, what if they nerf the tickets even more? Or limit the quantities you can trade in? I'm just gonna exchange them all.

My level 185 is stuck on maple island at Mai. I can't leave the portal or do anything.. no clue how I glitched up like this.

Anyone else got the same problem or am I the only one?

Managed to screw up the 1 most important SP on my Hero... hopefully there'll be a hot time with SP resets.

+1 all skills equip -> leave Combo Synergy at 19 -> can't add Advanced Combo -> can't add Puncture or Enrage.

No-cooldown Panic is pretty nice.

So you can choose the gender of aran when you do the warrior explorer storyline.
I laughed quite hard when Lilin ask me the gender of Aran, since it really ambiguous that both gender npc are used for quests.

The iCoGs were not particularly kind to me. Used 13, 6 worked and I got a +4 ATT increase on my pants, +2 ATT increase on my Coat and +1 ATT increase on my hat. Used up my tickets and Shield Scrolls.

Managed to land a 50% Scroll for Weapon for ATT +8 the first time on my Fafnir's last slot. I've been waiting a while to fill that slot, ever since Unleashed.

good thing all the tickets are transferrable within account and you can create a character to buy them and delete

Oh didn't mention that all the items you buy are also transferrable. Only thing locking them to account did was prevent people from reselling it seems

Well in the stat window it is stacking additively with total damage post RED in GMS.
It was a flat x1.5 multiplier before RED though.

eh, Kanna has a new bug. Instead of saying "You don't have enough Mana to use this skill" when you are low, the attack animation plays as normal but has no effect. It's annoying and slows you down a lot :/

the issue with meister cubes has been added to known issues =)

I seem to be getting regular ~1 second lockups of the entire game now :/ including at the login screen. Not sure exactly how often, maybe a minute or two.

Has anyone gotten a cube from bosses yet?

I haven't, but I got one from one of the new "Legendary Ore Veins" on my way to cZak.

Can't really use a controller anymore, when you move the analog while you attack even slightly you can't move again, you have to click with the mouse to able to. I haven't played maplestory in years with the keyboard, so I guess won't being playing again.

Just curious because idk how any of this gollux stuff works, what difficulty are you running?

My range didn't really go up that much even with Maple warrior 30. Sure I make 1 mil crits more consistently, but nothing else. It's fun being able to spam lasers now and flash jumping lets me actually KS back the assholes that would KS me before (as a bucc). It's nice, but I still need to cube my gear to "keep up with the jones'" Glad that my pally got updated though AND I got a silver husky! It's been great so far. Just gotta invest my tickets into some gear and await the 160 gear anvils.
