I think that after the big patch (the huge 1 GB one), starting up the game would initiate the minor patch that they're talking about. We've seen this happen before. EDIT: Ninja'd. They've done this before, no? After you download v143 you restart the whole processes but for a mini patch (v143.1?)

From the way they worded it it sounds like everything is done and they're just putting all the fixes into patch form.
