I don't know. Looking at the video it showed 8 people icons then showed 4 of them greyed out and have an F7 expression not reaching (4) being 4th job.
I'm guessing from the video it's saying the learning curve 1st Job to 4th job for new players is difficult + they mentioned Level 100/1 Week
I think it's aimed to make new players not quit before 4th job or some thing along those lines. "probably not gonna touch 200+ for a while"

Honestly, i would rather have seen blaze wizard and/or night walker than this 6th hero bulls'hit. Now everyone won't be able to shut the f'uck up about how they can just pull new characters out of their asses for whatever branch they feel like, since it hasn't really been done before.

Less p2w is nice, but it's actually far too late to be meaningful. Unless the effort to close the gap is extensive and massive the gap itself will only widen itself more than their efforts will close it.
