Well, I can't take screenshots on this macbook while using Windows 7, but here's the picture I use on my desktop.

Honestly though, I make it a point to have no icons or toolbars on my desktop, so everything would be hidden anyway. Just imagine a very thin, light blue line across the bottom of the picture and that would be my toolbar containing a bunch of emulators, a memory editor, Steam, the Nexus Mod Manager, and the Skyrim Script Extender Launcher.

Ok, It was bugging me that I couldn't take a screenshot while using windows on my macbook, so I went and messed with the key functions to make my unused F3 into the Print Screen key.

Here's my Desktop without the taskbar hidden.

I used to have bumptop running so the icons were actually organised but meh
