If you can wait, get to lvl 80 and buy a toe and get your own deputy, it's cheaper.

A silly question.

Does anyone else get a lot of "omg what hack is that?" when they zip around with recoil+float?

I don't know if it's been asked before, but there's a lotta pages so I figure I'll just ask it here.

Do 1/1 attacks take the same amount of damage away from the ship as your health?
Reply
Yes, whatever your pirate takes is the same damage your ship takes.

Would someone fucking confirm that with video proof or some pomegranate. I've been going back and forth telling people 1/1 does and does not affect the ship.

I can make a quick vid but i'll upload some SS proof in <1hr

Edit: SSes i took aren't that great -_-

I'll take some at my Zak run tonight but i can assure you that whatever damage your character takes it the same damage your ship takes.

Now that we know that Drain is damn awesome, would it be more effective to max MP recovery or just have the barrel for the lulz or darksight esque move?

Do Flamethrower and Ice Splitter have minimum ranges?

Edit: As in, would you pistol whip a monster if you were too close to it when you attempted to use Flamethrower or Ice Splitter?

No minimum range.

Why do gunslingers have minimum range? Persionally, if a giant mutant mushroom where humping my leg, I'd shoot it at point blank, not wack it away with the nuzzle.

They have to have some sort of extra weakness. All other range characters have to whack crap too... It's not like maple story makes sense either. How does a star thrown with arm strength beat out an arrow?

Balance? All melee ranged classes whack. The only "ranged" class that doesn't is mages.

More of their skills work close range than sins or archers. I wouldn't complain.

The truth of 1/1 and Battleship

Conclusion: The damage your character takes is the damage your ship takes. End of story.

Can't really argue against that i suppose.

Dumb Luck?

Well, don't Arrows/stars need time to speed up? Bullets do that in the barrel.

But I'm me, you're you, and neither of us are each other, so I'll complain. D:
