Gen 6 sprites really didn't do a lot of these Mega-Evolutions justice, specifically Scizor, Manectric, Gyarados and Heracross. Official art looks amazing.

They likely mean models. No need to be an ass. In game they've been sprites for 16 damn years, can't expect people to jump to calling them models now. <_<

Mega Manectric is still fugly as f'uck. Same with Mega Scizor and Mega Heracross. Mega Gyarados is passable. Neither the art, nor their sprites, nor their model makes them any less fugly or redeemable.

i find the biggest issue with megascizor to be the thing on it's head, and the legs. the arms and body look fairly good, the wings may need some streamlining to go with the newer look however.

Shrimpdos is passable but mega manectric isn't? I honestly think mega manectric looks pretty cool

Mega Scizor is clearly too much for you to handle, casual.

Though, I'll give you credit in that you can tell they ran out of ideas when they got to Heracross and Manectric. I think they came up with a list of mons to give Megas to but didn't necessarily have any ideas for some of them.

if it were a COOL VISOR like that i'd have no problem, in fact, his head ALREADY has that shape.

that brown thing just detracts from it, imagine if instead he had gotten a spikier head, and on top of that the glasses?

Haha I did the same. But I've been a nintendo junkie for a very long time, so it was gonna happen sooner or later. It has a good library of games so I'm actually content with it as it is. I only wish they had some sort of sale on things in the e-shop every once in a while. They literally have an amazing thing set in place, but Nintendo needs to take advantage of it.
