Taunt won't work too well without priority. It might be odd, but I used a regular Rotom with trick, volt switch, hidden power ice, and choice scarf to screw over any wall/support users I see, particularly Reuniclus, Dusclops (with an eviolite) and carbink/Klefki. I also crippled many Greninjas with it as well, and some of them didn't expect it. It's also capable of revenge killing weakened 4x ice weak dragons and can KO a MegaGengar with shadow ball.

I did win against one particular trick room team. I choice scarf locked a Rhyperior into using hammer arm (stole an assault vest in the process), so that minimized the damage and walled it against my Rotom and birds.

ah yes, trick! i forgot about that. it really comes in handy for walls/annoyers such as blissey/klefki/carbink (i personally use the thing and it will rarely ever EVER attack, but sturdy can make it last longer)

i'm in singles right now so trick room hasn't come across my team. though, i've used it myself against some users and they really get caught off guard (esp speed boost blaziken) and stealth rocks is wonderful for talonflame who can cause my team problems. togekiss now has flamethrower/babiri berry for a great pineapple you to scizor/ferrothorn.

Today I got a Scatterbug from Wonder Trade which evolved into the rare Archipelago pattern! 4 to go before shinies!
Wonder Trade was also how I got the rare Savanna and Ocean patterns so I highly recommend doing it. Pineapple the hackers.

Well this is interesting. I was looking to make another Zoroark, so I traded something for a Zorua from the GTS. It's not shiny, but it had 4 egg moves on it; momento, counter, sucker punch, and extrasensory. Someone must've spent a lot of time breeding all those egg moves onto it.

I'm doing some breeding with it, so let me know if anyone wants a Zorua with those egg moves.

Would anyone by chance have happened to catch a Rotom in a Luxury Ball at all and have an extra one to spare? EDIT: Ignore this point actually, I just remembered that since Rotom is genderless and breeds with Ditto that it can only come in a regular Pokeball.

Also, does anyone have a Poke with Pokerus I could use to help with EV training in hordes? Super Training is getting a bit slow for me and I still have several Pokes left to breed. ._.

If any of you have a Poke with Pokerus, please let me know and if you want anything in particular back for it.

It has 31 IVs into sp att, sp. def, and speed, but other stats are pretty random/low ish. I'm not sure on how the IVs determine hidden power's type.

Like before, there was some formula or something that's tied to a specific IV which determine's the type. Breeding around for that as well as getting the IVs you want will take a while. I guess at least in this generation, it's only those with extremely shallow special move pools that will make use of it. Technician users will have something better.

Apparently, if Farfetch'd holds a Stick and uses an increased crit move, it's now programmed to be 100% crit lol. I have to try this myself because that's hilarious. Getting Leaf Blade, Night Slash, and a STAB Slash (stab slash!) with Swords Dance is pretty cool for this poor bird. I think Grass and Dark covers everything that isn't hit by its STAB Normal. Would be interesting in a Trick Room team.

that's a funny thing, finally an interesting upgrade for the bird, of course it comes int he gen that changes crits from 2.0x dmg to 1.5x.

i assume you know now, but critical hits ignore all attack decreases on your poke, and all defense increases on the enemy poke.

I read somewhere (I think Bulbapedia) that there is no Fairy type HP and that the formula used to calculate type from gens 3 to 5 is still being used.

Just found out my shiny Delphox has the rare Dark type HP...which won't help it much unless it were facing another Delphox or Victini.

Shadow ball would probably be the better choice in regards to most other psychic types anyhow. She can learn it via TM.

Finally finished training/evolving larvesta . Now to get a ferroseed or ditto with 0 IVs in speed. (Anyone have one?)
