My next team has Blaziken, Manectric, and Scizor among others, and has Hydreigon as a choice specs with dark pulse, surf and all that good stuff. Can't wait for latios to replace that thing, so my best team so far will also have 4 of my favorite pokemon on it.

ugh i can't wait for pokebank either! i have so much stuff to transfer over, and one more thing:

if anyone would like me to breed a specific egg move/shiny pokemon i'll take requests as i really like RNGing stuff on BW. tutor moves will cost you though, probably stuff from maison is okay with me.

shiny pokemon with YOUR OT i will need your secret ID so those are probably impossible right now (unless you want me to trade it to your own BW cart first)
i use pokecheck for perfect/international parents so any IV combination is easy. however BW2 eggs are screwed up so they are impossible to RNG but i can tutor stuff from there, and do hidden grotto/wild pokemon

Yes, according to the global link, no more pokemon have been retyped since we discovered Whimsicott was Fairy. Including all the fairies (Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie, Jirachi, Manaphy) or Cresselia. none of them have been retyped.

Gen 6 sprites really didn't do a lot of these Mega-Evolutions justice, specifically Scizor, Manectric, Gyarados and Heracross. Official art looks amazing.

Only difference is the artwork is "framed". In-game they're in a battle field with varying backgrounds and angles.

The style itself doesn't change.

Eh, I think some of the pokemon lose a little something in their transition from 2D artwork to 3D model, and it's not just that their colour becomes a little faded.

Then again, I much prefer good looking 2D art to good looking 3D art, which is why I tend to be disappointed with all the reliance on 3D CGI these days, especially in cartoons/anime.

Pokemon made a good leap from 2D to 3D, but the models aren't perfect, and Sugimori art is how the pokemon is MEANT to look.
