Apparently in the data, there are 5 versions of Flabebe, 6 versions of Floette and 5 versions of Florges. This suggests that Nega Floette doesn't evolve, and can't breed. much like the Spiky-Eared Pichu.

I hope it's tradeable though.

What's the best way to hunt for a Pokemon with a hidden ability that's not a part of the friend safari? Specifically looking for Exeggcute with the Harvest ability. I've been searching through hordes of them but I can't seem to find one. I've breeded dozens of them in hopes that it would have the harvest ability (In breeding oodles of Skarmorys last night several came out with its hidden ability of Weak Armor, so I was thinking it was possible to breed an exeggcute with one as well randomly?). Does anyone happen to have an exeggcute with harvest they'd be willing to breed/trade/etc?

Pokes can only have their HA when bred if their mother(or father, if with a ditto now) also has it. If not, the baby will only have one of it's normal abilities.
The only way to currently get one with a HA, aside from safari, is from a horde.

The 3DS has been hacked on older firmware for months. People who thought that there wouldn't be cheated pokes (especially once gen 5->6 trading opens up) were never going to be right either way.
