They cost 30,000 points at the moment (equivalent of 30,000 NX). I'm saying they are going to bump it up to 50,000 because they know they can extort people with them.

The items are to cheap

The fix is probably something to do with people getting points from purchases made before the event started. I was pretty surprised that I had a few points last night even though I didn't buy anything with NX, though that didn't stop me from spending those points before something changed.

[Update] All MapleStory game servers will be going down for maintenance at 3:30 PM Pacific. The maintenance will last approximately 2 hours.

Not sure how they are going to do that. I enhance my tyrants a couple stars using the guardian scrolls.

Only if she spent 400k NX recently.

I've spent 8.7k NX since the 20th, and that's the amount of points I had. Prior to that, I bought an anvil on the 11th which wasn't counted, so I guess they started counting towards points some time between the 11th and the 20th.

Not sure how they are going to do that. I enhance my tyrants a couple stars using the guardian scrolls.

Obviously they're not going to remove your tyrants but they can remove unused scrolls,pets and etc.
According to the Reward Page, we were not even suppose to get any redeemed points until today ._.

I wonder if the fix is just limiting everything to one time purchases.

I say it's a fix to people already vaing points >_< [which has been stated in other threads]
