Spoiler Failure. Leaving this world without no descendants. I don't fear natural death, as it's fated. And the occasional fear of heights.

Aside from certain bugs, I'm not really afraid of all that much. My biggest one is responsibility/commitment, I suppose. A lot of people think I'm joking when I say that, but I can mentally lock up sometimes if I have too many things scheduled. Especially if they aren't well explained; I like everything clear-cut, any ambiguity in instructions really fucks with me, I'm certainly a follower more than a leader.

besides the normal every day fears of spiders, failure and disappointment, i have some truly irrational fears. such as sidewalk grates. and manhole covers. i can not, will not ever purposely step on them for fear they'll fall through (but my sis thinks its hilarious to push me on to them...). also on the irrational list, that california will quake off the continent and either a) sink or b) become an island, the second i step foot there....

Aside from failure, I'd have to say bees and the crazy pomegranate that could happen in the universe but doesn't (ssssPPPAAACCCCEeeEEEE).

I worry about the colors Black and White.
The reasons are because if you keep adding different color paints into one big glob, then eventually it becomes some dark color. (black) But according to some smart people, scientists I guess, when lots of different color lights combine into one, then they create white. So then how can one or two things have multiple sets of rules within the same universe? Are most peoples eyes seeing the world incorrectly? Have we slipped into some kind of world of shadows and not even realized it?! Or maybe it is possible that we just live near a crossroads between several overlapping dimensions? Even scarier than all of that is the simple, unsuspicious Oreo, which somehow contains the powers of both darkness and light. All the mysteries of time, locked away inside of a tiny spherical cookie snack..

Aside from the regular social anxiety hangups, my greatest fear is that someone may need me to do something extremely vital for them at some point in life and I unintentionally let them down. I also have a fear of the sound dot matrix printers make at night, but that's a story for another day.

Vastness. If I'm looking at the horizon of an ocean while on a boat, i get the jitters. Mario 64 used to freak me out when I had to swim around in that dark fucking water with that creepy music, watching as my need to breathe creeped up on me, as if I was drowning mario.
