Will you have the same FC if you do a system transfer? I'm thinking about getting the XL and was wondering.

Personally, I didn't attempt a System Transfer. I don't know the specifics of 3DS but I assume that lets you keep stuff off the eShop? I never used the old one except to play Pokemon B/W/B2. I just reformatted the old one, brought it to GameStop, got $55.00 for it, and got the 3DS XL as an early birthday gift, so I'm just starting from scratch.

[MENTION=5228]Razmos[/MENTION]; I agree that no way to transfer pokemon until Dec is pretty late, but i can see why they dont have in open when you start your game. The dream radar kinda ruined B&W2 because you could easily get legendaries early on, which ruined some aspects of the game.

because they officially announced the game is being dispatched on Wednesday, with guaranteed next day delivery. Hello game 2 days early!

I'm hoping Flygon is also mainstream enough to get a mega-form Q_Q.

Its a shame shopto don't sell strategy guides, I've ordered the X&Y one but it seems like I'm gonna have the game 2 days before the guide lol.

I mean i like to buy strategy guides for something to read, but the whole guide part kind of goes to waste unless i somehow resist playing until its delivered (HAH!)

I'm hoping Flygon is also mainstream enough to get a mega-form Q_Q.

I actually like Flygon too, there's something that appeals to me about it, not sure what.
I know it has Levitate, but maybe Dream World can give it another alternative ability to make it more useful and less predictable.

Speaking of Dream World, this part gave players some incentive to play in it because of the new abilities besides the quirkyness and co-operation from outside the DS game. Some of these Dream World abilities just revived old never/underused stuff, like Breloom with technician and Espeon with magic bounce. I don't why they decided to give truant to Durant, but oh well.
Most likely Sylveon will get a better or decent ability out of it too.

Eurgh all this talk about Dream World is reminding me of the days upon days on minigames I had to do in order to unlock Drizzle Politoed and Drought Ninetales. madness.

If they didn't give Flygon a Dream World ability in G5, they wouldn't give him one now .

Just hoping for Flygon to get something like, I dunno, Swords Dance or Dragon Dance, at least.

Honestly? Not really. Like I've said before, the plethora of new Pokemon is one of the reasons I keep coming back every Generation, and it kinda disappoints me that the number is quite low this time around after being spoiled the past few Gens. I'm still picking up the game on Saturday and will proceed to enjoy the hell out of it, though.

I definitely am. I actually like many of the Pokemon this generation and have already picked out what I plan to use. Can't wait!
