The only differences are like... the reward mechanics, but I don't know if I'd really count that as a difference in content, in that, you're still doing the same thing, you just get different stuff.

I recently started playing my abandoned Xenon, and it looks like this alchemist maybe was Gelimer.
That being said, there's a lot of problematic parallels that have popped up.
The black mage having been some being of chaos that long ago was confronted with the result of him and his foe being sealed up / disappeared, a legend previously occupied with Subani and Naricain.

The KMS part is basically the same text, but that helper line is added at the end of the last page. In the KMS version, it simply ends before that sentence.

Yo man, I've been kicked from PQ groups, because I didn't have Rage and/or Hyper Body. Didn't always happen, but it did happen a fair share lol.

Everytime i go bigfoot people would say im strong for a paladin. Even with fire weakness nobody believed we were even remotely good at bigfoot even though id fight tons of em.
I never had been kicked for rage or hyper body(probably because i was generally the party leader or strong enough for them to tolerate my presence), but i experienced mass discrimination around every corner. Going in contact with any hero that wasnt my friend was a nightmare.
And i remember this one hero basiler....holy pomegranate...he was so aggravating because he believed in 100% hero superiority and was extremely argumentative and treated everyone not a hero as garbage.
