[SPOILERS] X and Y pre-release Leaks and Rumours thread
ShinkuDragon Wrote:nope, not looking at the legendary, could someone post the ability however?
Aura Break - Reverses the effect of Aura-abilities.

Basically useless unless used against Xerneas or Yveltal, and even then it's pretty pomegranate tier.
 Yay fedoras!

Reverses the effect of aura type abilities.

Edit: Ninja'd

it'd be interesting if it worked against -anything- aura i guess, like blastoise's ability i think it was (or if it had a bit different effect and negated auras, including pulse attacks and the stuff)

It specifically mentions "Aura" abilities. Blastoise's ability only effects itself, and so isn't an aura.
 Plot twist guys

yea, i figured, i just said that because... well, like you two commented, the skill is absolutely useless against anything not called yvetal or xerneas.
let's hope it has a good dream ability or something -shrug-
Florges (Flabebe's final evolution) is surprisingly still Pure Fairy, despite merging with the flower. It does learn quite a few grass moves it seems though.

It evolves into Floette in the level 16-19 range, and evolves into Florges with a Shiny Stone.

Dragalge is Poison/Dragon.

Well at least we got a Poison/Dragon pokemon finally, totally should have been Zygarde though. silly gamefreak.

New ability, Pixilate

Turns Normal type moves into Fairy type moves.
That sounds absolutely amazing for destroying dragons.

peach, i've been on the hype train since the start of the year.
Pixilate extremespeed/return/hyper voice.
Give me a pokémon that can pull off one of those three with decent stats and move-pool.
Pleeease

Final legend of the main trio, be warned

I freaking love that thing. Don't mind the dragon/ground typing, however.
Assuming natural nature and no EVs the base stats, with the gen III-V formula should be:

ooh Florges has a classy look. Do quite want.

and lmfao at watamote trainer
Last time I visited this thread it had 3 pages. Holy pineapple.

Can't I choose to get two kanto starters or something, this is the first generation of which I don't like any final starter evolution ;_;

here i was thinking it would work against stuff like mold breaker/turboblaze/teravolt and the auras, but that might be asking too much. if it only worked on the auras it seems pretty underwhelming as an ability (but a counter to xerneas and yveltal)
So the only new poison types so far are the 2 sea horses?
holy hell that third legendary looks stupid
They need more poison dragons.
And good stronger poison pokemon, at that.
You know what surprises me? Not that we only have essentially 69-70 new Pokemon, but we don't have a legendary trio. By this I mean we don't have something like the legendary birds, the beasts, regis etc. I guess they were spending too much time on megas.
A random thought, but I wonder what would happen if a Ditto were to transform against a mega pokemon? Would it turn into the transformed version of that pokemon? And if so, would it count as a mega transformation? Obversely, it could simply transform into the base pokemon. Still, I'm curious to see which actually happens.

Only mega ditto can turn into mega pokemon, mega ditto being an angry giant blue slushy monster from 7 eleven
I just thought, have any of the leakers said anything about flabebes alternate colourings? Does its evo line have alternate colours too? :o
