My favourite new pokemon ever:

Apparently an NPC mentioned a pokemon called Gourgeist. (Gourd + Geist) so i'm guessing it's Pumpkaboo's evolution.

EDIT: Phantump has the move Forest Curse, which turns the opponent into a Grass type. Pumpkaboo has Trick-Or-Treat, which turns opponents into the Ghost type.

After reading Pumpkaboo's dex entry: Wow that's a lot nicer than what nintendo usually does with pokémon that interact with spirits.

After reading Phantump's dex entry: Right back to creeping me the pineapple out, Nintendo.

The thing I wanted to share earlier: there is a random person from Hoenn talking about his region. He said it's a nice region etc etc, but the final thing he said was very interesting:

Hoenn remakes would be. . . interesting I guess? It would make it where you would never have to worry about your savefiles for Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos being lost because of a dead battery.

That still lives Kanto though. I guess that is what Gen VII will be for!

Technically Kanto exists in HG/SS.

The only region we cannot currently directly connect to is Hoenn.

Would be a great way to end the franchise though.

Necessary in the sense of having Gen 1 gameplay on an undieable cart and updated graphics.


Plus, with the sheer amount of Gen 1 fans it is very possible for them to remake it again.

Mega Gardevoir has been mentioned in a review.

Haven't read an entry that disturbing since Parasect.

I'm just gonna have to disagree until the end of time. Because to be it seems to be more of a case of oversimplifing both the Pokemon and Digimon designs.


Plus your point on calling something "digimon-y" because it looks "overelaborate" and looks like it could talk doesn't even match with most if not all Digimon designs.

as i said, that's just me, and i'm very aware of how simple most first, second and third stage digimons look, but then things start getting real.
