Special Potential Slot Carver doesn't work

100% Potential Carver cannot be used on items with no Bonus Potential.

Also it seems most stamps say they can only add potentials to ones that already have 1 bonus pot line. What kind of stupid crap is all this? I don't know how I'm supposed to get bonus pots on my equips now...

it's been like that for a good while, these things were useful back when we could get items that gave 1-2 bonus lines from scratch.

but then nexon did the thing it usually does, and made a 3-liner item that is sold in the cash shop and pretty much removed the previous ones.

yea, funny thing how the one from the event doesn't add the full 3 lines, nexon just loves to pineapple with people's pockets.
