[COLOR="#cc8899"]Could be interesting, esp if one is better suited for adc-style gameplay and another for mage-style. Rather not have another form-change champ though.

I'd rather see something stance-based like:
Q - uses pistol to fire a few quick shots with low damage. Changes AA to a medium-range with high projectile speed
W - uses ??? (primary weapon) to do AOE damage at target location/skillshot impact. Changes AA to close-range with splash damage
E - some sort of steroid
R - Sharkpedo. Big bada boom.

Two, Piltover is the "Steampunk Wild West" of LoL. Not much else to choose from but firearms and machines. [/COLOR]

1) She's associated with Piltover now, regardless if it is where she was born or decided she wanted to be evil (Annie is not commonly associated as a Noxian even though she was born there). Also, I would probably suspect Noxus over Zaun since she lacks the whole "mutated freak" archetype that all the other Zaunites have.

She looks like a discarded clone of Sona. That easily qualifies as Zaun. Noxians are generally more...deliberate? Not random psychopaths.

It would be weird to clone Sona since all she is (by lore) a performer. Not to mention it's not even the official art of Jinx anyways. It's also so easy to argue that most or many Noxians are psychopaths or insane.

Someone on Reddit had the theory that because she has so many weapons, she could stance change like Udyr maybe. Either that, or she would function like Jayce/Elise and have 6 skills + ult/skill change.

Not exactly her, a champion idea. An ADC with multiple weapons, that change range, attack speed and effects.

Shotgun is slower, but does splash damage (like Kayle). Revolver attacks faster. Bazooka is ultimate, tons of damage, get four AoE shots (like Xerath ult/Chris L3 MvC3). Other move is grenade, dash or steroid.

I think the only gripe that I heard about this is that you cannot see your AA range by default. (I think theres a setting that lets you see it..or something?)

Regardless, it sounds like a pretty cool way to go about making a champ.

I also recall someone at Riot talking about "a new characters ult basically being a homing missile, it needed tweaking". I guess this was it!
