i don't get the one about the spider. If he has the game he could easily go back and confirm its name..

Same with Froakie's evolution. If he is using it, why can't he confirm it's name?

He also somehow knows Raichu and Tropius's mega evolutions but makes no mention of Mega Stones whatsoever? and I thought you couldn't get Mega Evolutions until you go to the mega tower?

If he is legit, he's definitely picking and choosing random things to reveal and completely skipping other things (like new pokemon, gym leaders, plot)

And how did he "only" see the pokedex entry of the mirror pokemon, as well as the fact it has an evo, yet not know the evo's name?

EDIT: He's still updating the site. He's mentioned Mega Stones now. You get them in a similar way to mining from the 4th gen. which, if true, is kinda what I expected.

Could be more than one person working for the website, and someone else got the review copy and he/she is just being nosey.

I'd be pretty sure anyone who did get a review copy wouldn't blurt out secrets because of NDAs they probably had to agree to.

So it's not impossible, but yeah, I agree, they're probably making it up.

EDIT: Interestingly, there are 2 half TCG decks coming out in Japan based on Xerneas and Yvetal.

The Xerneas deck comes with a holo Xerneas and Clefairy
The Yveltal deck comes with a holo Yveltal and Pancham.

Considering that Fairy-type cards are being introduced in this expansion, I find it odd that Xerneas and Clefairy are both included. I'm guessing that means Clefairy IS being retyped as a fairy.

Reconfirmation that Froakie's final evolution is Water/Fighting. It looks similar to a poison dart frog. The dark blue now takes over its body almost entirely. There are a few even darker (almost black) spots on his sides and face and it gains more of the bubble foam around its neck and down the back. It's also a bit bulkier. It uses its hind legs a lot and has kicking attacks.

That was on pokebeach. I really like the design... I really hope it's real.

Braixen’s evolution becomes a darker red in color. Its tail becomes a fist, and the stick inside becomes a pair of nunchucks. The crease in between its eyes opens up, revealing a boxing glove on a spring. It makes a cartoony “boyoyooonnng!” sound when it attacks.

Mega Blaziken gets a Mega Evolution itself. Mega Mega Blaziken retains Speed Boost as its ability, and is able to mega evolve again. Mega Mega Mega Blaziken has a new ability called Gotta Go Fast, where every move it uses goes first, even if the opponent uses moves like Protect and Detect.

A second Eeveelution is present in the game. Its name is Hotteon, and is a Fire-type, making the first Eeveelution to repeat a type. The only move it can learn is Flare Blitz.

To evolve Inkay into Malimar, you have to spread cheese whiz on your game cartridge, then level it up past 36.

To evolve Spewpa into Vivillon, you have to go to Nintendo’s HQ in person and StreetPass Reggie, then level it up.

To evolve Litleo into Pyroar, you have to pour orange juice on your 3DS as it levels up past 40.

thyplosion gains a lot more bulk though. but i mean the pokemon looks similar enough, same pose, i dunno, maybe i developed a sixth pokemon sense or something.

Holy crap, what was that move Yveltal used in that sky battle in the second video?

I always preferred Xerneas, but holy crap.

Also, it was cool that they showed so many different trainer customisation options. Like the girl grinding on the rail with a purple hat and a long braided ponytail. so cool.

I'm actually going to struggle picking between a Male and Female character this gen...

The female characters always look better in my opinion, but the option to change your appearance means maybe I should pick the boy and make him look how I want.

For any UKers who are interested in the download version, game have started selling download codes that will let you apparently preload the game.

Whether this means that they accidently release it early like Pikmin 3 or if nintendo legitimately has a preloading system in place is another question entirely.

Oh, also if you buy the download code from game, you get a download copy of pokedex pro 3d for free.

Everything on the leak website was fake, the person who gave info to Pokebeach was a different person, so the first batch might still be real.

He claims it was a "social experiment" but it's obvious he's just saying that to sound smart, he was a troll who did it to get some attention. We know he wasn't smart.

Maybe since it looks like a ninja it uses poison(now that I think about it wizard, tank and assassin/warrior(ETA: looks like I'm late to that observation )).

Edit2: On a second thought if we take for granted that quilladin is the knight, braixen is the wizard and frogadier is the rogue I think their evolutions will be grass/fighting(due to the warrior esque attacks), fire/psychic and water/dark.
