That warrior top was only one in FM. There are no thief tops.

In windia atleast, thief fafnirs go for about 4.5b
I've seen a 3l legendary clean bottom sold for 7b

A guildie of mine sold a clean Fafnir Bow this morning for 8bil...I know the weapons for more but I was surprised that they would still go for that much more.

Those are scrolled RAs. 15~21att each. About 15b if I sold them (Well thats my a/w but no one actually buy it for 2 weeks). However, I gain around 23b from the other stuff mostly thanks to the fafnir bow which I sold about 11b. Sold them all already.
