How was your day?
Went to a hookah lounge last night. Of course, out of all the guys in the room, the belly dancer picks me out to dance. I was too shy to oblige though and probably offended her...

You can't switch to a business major?

CRAZYPANTS TIME OVER. Except not really because it's never over! (Which is a good thing - life's best when busy).

New York Fashion Week was incredible, having just ended on Thursday (the fashion crowd is now in London as the rest of the month continues). Overall, I went to around 15 shows/presentations and 8 parties over 8 days - some really huge ones included - saw/took photos with/interviewed some cool celebrities and designers, and earned a few reporting credits on InStyle.com. Though there are definitely some areas of improvement (as there should always be), it was a phenomenal success for my first NYFW in the city.

Thankfully this weekend was also relaxing, though flew by just as fast, with trips to the Brooklyn Flea Market, a good Mediterranean restaurant and a fun dive bar Saturday night, and Trader Joe's today. I also finally cleaned my room and the apartment, so it'll be nice to sleep in a neat environment.

Tomorrow I start my second job as a sales associate at Bloomingdale's, for which I'm definitely excited though not dying over in having to return to retail. But it'll be a great learning experience in a luxury department store, so I'm thrilled for the experience. I'm also trying to finish constructing my arts blog ASAP so I can launch it this week, so ultimately, here's to another week of the crazy and the new! Just the way I like it Smile

After talking with a few physics professors I managed to get into a robotics lab with the professor who has worked at NASA.
Basically what we are doing is testing a model rover (made from LEGO NXT lol) to perform missions on its own. Using some kind of probability matrix? The main goal is to have the robot do missions on its own, e.g. "Find water" and it'll try to do that. As opposed to constantly having to give it commands.

Honestly I have no idea what I'm talking about but first lab meeting is today, making my Mondays even longer.
I am busy for essentially 12 hours on Mondays, between class and physics labs (class, robotics). As if I needed a reason to make Mondays any worse Frown ah well, at least I have two math classes and a lot of physics Shine

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. It was bubble tea this time. She says she'll invite me over for dinner tonight but this is last week with minor wording differences so I'm not counting on it. Knowing me I'll go back for a third through seventy-fifth time. She called and apologized this time, at least. Asked if I was mad, I said no because I wasn't but I didn't tell her how disappointed in her I was. She sounded weak on the phone.

She ended up coming and stayed for an hour. I combed her hair and played with it, and massaged her scalp and shoulders. We also played cards and hugged goodnight for like a minute so yay

Don't automatically assume the negative scenario is going to happen! Have a little optimism. Glitter

Oh lord.. I did so much today in terms of exercise. More so than usual. I'm trying to catch back up because I slacked when I was sick for a week.
300 squats, 200 mount climbers, 200 jumping jacks, 150 push ups, and about a 4 mile run.

I spammed my Tumblr followers today!
I also made a Twitter c:

Third date: Dinner at TGI Fridays (love their half price appetizers for happy hour!), Mini Golf (14 bucks for 1 round, 1 ride, and 4 game tokens, I ended up winning a dollar sign chain necklace and a giant jaw breaker hahaha), and lastly ice cream at Cold Stone.

Everyone and their grandmas is having babies... I want to finish school first and earn some money. When is the right time for a baby?

So much tension at home and I'm caught in the middle of it all. September 22nd can't come any sooner. :l

Chemistry test tomorrow and instead of studying I thought doodling on SAI would be a much better alternative.

The only things I "learned" today was what opacity lock does and how line-layers are used, totally worthit.

Lately, 33-35. It's good though, it's a hell of a lot easier to find women with ambition outside of "stay at home mom".

Of course, if you wait until you're 35 to start having babies, you significantly raise the probability that you'll need all your career's high pay - for the fertility treatments.

You're right I overshot it, it's 29-31

menopause

It depends on how much money you have saved, how much leave you and your partner have, the pay you currently have, the pay you give up (if any), relationship status, etc. It varies on a case by case basis.
