Won 3 ranked in a row and got put in Bronze 3. Im actually happy about my placement.

I'm having massive success with Quinn top lately. She has a ton of strong matchups against conventional top laners. I'm 8/4 with her in ranked so far.

I was subjected to that connectivity issue of massive dc-es 6 hours ago.
Still managed to win all 3 ranked thankfully.

Also is all armor pen. runes a good idea? I was against a cait bot lane and she could 3 hit our team ALL game no matter what.

Yea that's also the advantage, I was gaining 20 lps per match up to 76 lp then I started losing back down to 20, then I went back up to 70 gaining 10 lp at 50 lp+, then I went back down to 50 lp losing only like 7 and gaining 10. Now it's just +5 and -4

God damn I need to learn how to say no. Friend begged me to duo with him but I had just entered my series but I felt bad refusing him so we queued and ended up losing both times miserably.

Went back in solo and had a nice game afterwards. Won't be going into ranked with him again any time soon.

Been playing a lot of support in ranked lately because for some reason i'm always last pick and i think i've gotten pretty good. Feel like i can carry any bronze adc as long as they aren't retarded mechanically. I'm so out of form in the mid lane tho it's kinda sad haha and i feel like whenever i jungle all lanes fail and theres nothing i can do but farm til the late game haha..

Sigh. Today I seemed to have NO coordination AT ALL during teamfights. Lost all 3 ranked games today. -still in B1-

That's a pretty terrible idea unless you are a full tank like shen or something, also with all those items, there is nothing to be afraid of you with? What are you going to do? Hit me for a few hundred? kk I will lifesteal it back. Usually high burst beats quinn, your method works. It's just that if you are not a full tank like shen, it's just going to set you behind even further because you have no damage at all for mid game teamfights/ganks

Most bruisers actually get damage before defense like a brutalizer on pantheon regardless they are winning or losing the lane, Doran's shield+ninja tabi is more than enough and that's assuming you started out with a doran's shield as your starting item.

You want to be scary to her when the time is right, not build defense so she isn't afraid of you. Get a few damage and going full defense is legit though. Rushing a bunch of tanky items really early isn't. Chances are by the time you get the tanky items you need to make her do no damage it's basically time for drag/tower fights. Now imagine you are a bruiser without any real or big cc. Not much you can do during mid game now can you, you can soak some damage but you have no damage to be a threat to them.

Rushing straight tank on people like shen ren and zac is the way to go. And they are basically the only tankies played up there now.
Sure Renekton can go bruta first, but he's like the only one who can get a damage item first in most cases.

And going straight tank to be able to deal damage with bases + not get hurt in return thus winning all exchanges WILL scare them. [/COLOR]
