Professor approved my project proposal.
Not only that, but he wants me to focus more on the packaging presentation than the logo.

maplefreak26 Wrote:Why did I get the S3? After seeing the Note 3, I just want to steal everyone's money and buy the Note 3. Jeezus, looks like I'll have to get the money I was planning to use for a new monitor for the new phone instead, but by the time that happens, the S5 or whatever will the "Next Big Thing" will be nearing release and it'll probably be even more expensive to get that.
I'm seeing my trade in value and I'm seeing values of $110 - $150 (there's a scratch on the home button which kills my resale value I guess) which isn't a lot considering I bought this for $560 last year (bought the international model (GT-I9300) off contract to avoid forced data plans on AT&T).

I know dude... I kinda wish my Note 2 had that leatherish backside with fabulous design instead of this glossy fingerprintmagnet. Other than that, Note 2 is still good enough, especially with newer Android and many S4 features coming there soon.

My second date went awesomely! We ate then went bowling. I told her that if one of us gets a turkey (3 strikes in a row) that they had to do the turkey dance. I ended up getting a turkey at the end of the first game and did the turkey dance for her.
Yup, I'm pretty fly.

There is a contradiction here.

Faculty seminars are freaking awesome. There really seems to be a sense of community among the grad students and faculty. There are a wide variety of research topics discussed (Today was about nitrogen fixation and symbiosis between Rhizobium bacteria and soybean plants). Its also really interesting to see the faculty grill each other over their research. Plus there's coffee and snacks!
I love grad school.

Watching Maple YouTube videos makes me miss video editing but I feel like a washed up has-been. Thinking to compile something still.
Flipped through a couple pretty screentones:
So I have an idea!

I think I might've gotten fired/usurpsed/out-applied on my Microsoft rep. position. Not sure if relieved or sad.

Had to do system restore because Windows Update was stuck at 77%, extremely irritating.

Do the business students have more job opportunities as well.

No, but I didn't get into co-op so it doesn't matter

1. I hate having to pack and everything, but it'll be worth it. I am ready for this year to start!
2. I move into dorms tomorrow (hooray!), but I don't get financial aid until the 20th...so I'm living on $20 for a whole week.
3. I feel like I'm cutting my roommate's summer short (he's already in dorms) since he was shocked I was moving in much sooner than everyone else.
4. I feel that this "new me" (where I'm nothing but positive and optimistic) is going to completely change the vibe around me (as in I don't want people to say "What happened to you? You've changed......").
5. I STILL CAN'T FIND MY GODDAMN BASEBALL MITT! UGH!
