Looks like they've added talent specific smart content.
More bags (personal shop ones) A king and queen costume. Some clothes with animations. New varities of the Ladeca and Eweca shields (full moon). Eweca Coupon, Ladeca Coupon, Ragdoll Lucky Box, DevCat bag coupon, Dragon items for your homestead - Wild Dragon, Lovely Dragon, Gentle Dragon (more when I get there) Dragon Quest Mission Scrolls A rebirth potion and partial rebirth potion. Interesting. Luxury Korean clothes. Crystal ball of the full moon (likely needed for the ladeca and ewecca shield). A new after school uniform. A new reforging tool. "Strange Boxes", yet another random gachapon.

lol they added a moon tunnel on the moon for an event, and definitely a dragon event in there, several new keywords for it. Halloween event too.
I never did figure out what the homestead dragons do. They're considered facilities, so theoretically they do something.
