Yes.
The (level 120+) Knight of Cygnus gets 10%, but the linked char only gets half of that.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. I've always thought the penalty only applied if the link was stacked.

Wind Archer's pinpoint pierce hits twice, but the second hit does no damage.

It's a useless skill regardless, even more so since it doesn't even work.

You can no longer sell Soul Lantern drop from Capt. Latanica, in that it no longer appears on the NPC screen but you can still drop and trade/store it etc. (is it the property of the EX item tag or something?).

I have an issue with the Thunder Breaker skill Ironclad, I use the buff which states 5% damage and -10% damage absorption. It has no effect on my range at all, is this intended? Is the damage stacked ontop of all the attacks or is it passive? Does it just not show in the range window..?

I thought the revamped Cygnus Knights don't use mastery books? if so it makes sense that they can't use the mastery books.

I've seen a screenshot showing a Cygnus character getting the special potential scroll from Andy upon completing Neo City, so it seems to be working as intended.

The silent crusade one probably doesn't work though.

You have to do a little quest to get it. Something about escorting Cygnus to the conference in Victoria Island. Check your lightbulb quests.

The initial "test" where you kill 10 enemies when you unlock evolving world is now counted as one of your 5 entries for the day.

Not sure about TB/WA cards, but the S ranked DW card gives 0% defense.

S Rank SW and S rank Mihile... only applies the % bonus from the Mihile, but not from the DW
