MapleStory FLY!

Encyclopedic Wrote:I think you misspelled worst.
I personally didn't like them, especially the first job attack; just spamming one slash just looked stupid. I guess opinions vary.

also ew fists

The fists were stupid and the first/second job ones were a little lacking but once you hit 4th job and had all of them it worked infinitely better than any other BaM set up ever has.

I really hope that they make new animations for the Blow skills, even if it's not the ones they were going to get a while back.

The ones we have now are tiny, they're not long enough to fit their actual horizontal range, so most of the time it looks like you're magically ghost-hitting enemies near you instead of actually hitting them with your staff.
That's the main reason that I liked the new blow skills, you could actually see how far they hit and the range stayed consistent from 1st to 4th job.

I just hope they don't end up giving Battle Magician a good Link Skill.

I just deleted mine I had as a card mule (Let's face it, 4% damage reduction isn't anything anyway.) to make room for Wind Archer.

Maybe Nexon Korea forgot them Tongue

Seeing how people really want Blaze Wizards and Night Walkers to be revamped,

MapleStory: CRAP.
Cygnus Revamps Are Pending.

Trust me, if they remebered the existence of the Black Witch (which I myself forgot), I think Nexon still remembers Night Walkers and Blaze Wizards.

THEY WERE THE BEST THING IN THE GAME

I miss the new scrapped aura animations. They were so simplistic yet modern.

Hey guys, what if they gave the revamped Blow skills from the scrapped Battle Mage to Blaze Wizard? Of course they'd have to reskin them, but it seems like an interesting thought.

Well, something had to fill that hole after Nexon remembered they have a pirate class.

I don't think that would be a good idea. Blaze Wizards aren't supposed to be close-combat mages, unlike Battle Mages.
Even if they reskin them to match their theme, they're still close-combat swings that were made for a close-combat class.

They could always change the range of the skills, assuming they even planned it. Just as long as they don't use the lolfists

I agree man. And the fact that two people already disliked this post, it goes to show why Nexon can continue to pull this bullshit. There are apparently idiots who still buy into it. Who cares about quality content anymore!? Just give us revamps. That's alright.

I'm just wondering what was the KMS players were asking Nexon to give us when they were asking for ideas a few weeks ago.

Or it might be because we aren't morons who don't realize that continual 'revamps' are an important part of any MMORPG. How old do you think WoW is? Yet it gets skill adjustments all the time. Or maybe you're delusional and think these revamps are what's preventing Nexon from making new content? As if they are mutually exclusive and we have never gotten major new content with revamps or have gotten no new ''quality'' content in patches with little to no skill changes. But no, Nexon adding 5% to a bunch of skills is preventing us from getting amazing new content. Right.

We would need far fewer revamps if Nexon would release balanced classes (like the original pirate patch) instead of constantly overpowering the new guys and either nerfing them later or revamping everyone else to their level.
And to be quite honest, the game has long since been unbalanceable anyway; the gap between people who cube and people who don't is way too large to get around without taking drastic measures sure to piss off everyone who does cube. (aka, everyone that keeps their company from going under)

Some of us have just accepted that the game will never have any real balance, so these revamp patches are mostly meaningless unless it messes with a class enough their playstyle changes.
