KMS Soul Master

I currently play KMS as a Soul Master. I was thinking about second job and wondered which skill should get 10 points off.

Soul Blade should definately be maxed, so no
Mastery is important
Booster (?) is questionable
RAge is important
Blade Rush (?) is questionable
Final Attack (?) is also questionable because its max level is 30 not 20

so which skill?

it is because second job gets 120 points while maxing all of these take 130 points.

Meh...I'd say take out of FA. It doesn't activate with Brandish in 3rd Job, and it's active anyway, so it's not like leaving points out of it will force you to live with the crappy activation rate.

My vote goes to booster.

@ above: FA will probably still help him in second job. Unless one of those new soul mob skills replaces slash blast and doesn't activate FA. If that's the case, screw FA.

I think it's the mini FJ thingy. That or the massive spinning blade attack. Both of which should be maxed, in my opinion. :f6:

I, too, go with booster. The difference between level 10 and level 20 is the HP/MP cost and the duration of the skill.

That, or ignore rage completely and go with some attack potions. That'd be a much greater cost, though. :X

KMS doesn't have Warrior Elixers or Apples. I think their best easy-to-obtain attack pot is Warrior Pills, although it might be Takoyakis.

I'm pretty sure the takoyakis are the same as ours, in which case the baby dragon food would be the best, cost wise.

Either way, neither surpass the 10 att of Rage so...yea. Take out 10 from Booster. :X

There are no Takoyaki in KMS. Take out 10 from Booster, or ignore FA.

Soul Blade, being a 350 range mob attack which hits 5 monsters doesn't seem to activate FA, and if it does, the FA would be really, really bad, since it would keep you from spamming it, and FA doesn't have range. If it doesn't activate FA, just max it since it will help PS a lot.

Yeah, and one level of speed. Level 11 is when it gets to a level 2 speed boost.

I'd say don't max FA because it's PINEAPPLEING active. But since you actually have 121 SP, with 1 from the job advancement, you will have to live with lv 21 FA which just changes the MP to 12 from 9.

Lies, we have them. That and Coca-Colas are our best attack potions. Coca-Cola just last over twice as long, but can't be bought in stores.

Why? Booster doesn't improve besides for its time that ot affects you and you don't need level 20 booster as a prerequisite to any skill (Strikers/Infighters). 100 seconds is more than enough time to run around and kill mobs and rebuff. Sure FA becomes completely useless later, but that isn't until level 100.

Oh, what? I don't remember 20 attack takoyakis in JMS. (Although I quit 2-2.5 years ago.) They should have been there though then. I guess I am just an idiot and don't remember.

All the speed threads have Speed with and without booster, not with lv 10-, with lv 11+, and without booster.
