Had to log off because I got a weird glitch I haven't heard of yet; monsters no longer rendered and I couldn't target them even with tab, but clearly they were still hitting me and other people were attacking air everywhere in FATEs. At least I unlocked SMN and SCH.

Why in the absolute pineapple do they have a queue when almost nobody ever gets put in it, they are just given a "sorry you're screwed" message?

The game simply stops rendering all mobs after a certain density of active mobs is reached within an unspecified area around your character. It was like this yesterday when Behemoth spawned on Gilgamesh. You literally had to stand right next to Behemoth (and die) in order for the game to render it because there were a couple hundred people fighting... and even more laying dead.

Speaking of Behemoth, I accidentally ran into Odin and got wtfbuttfucked in one hit.

Ah, well that's unexpected, but very welcomed~! I just got back from a trip, and I'm delving into the intricacies of crafting. Just learned there are cross-class skills for this, too. Now I have to level ALL the things!

Leveling your second job to 50 will kill you inside.

Leveling a second class to 30 killed me inside. I don't even want to think about the rest of the classes, let alone jobs. However, it's fun to take a break from grinding one class and enjoy what the other classes have to offer. Slowly building your repertoire of skills is satisfying, I think.

Also, why is Defender stance so useless? I want to shoot my chocobo in the face. Good thing I ride my glorious unicorn everywhere now!

The Chocobo can't hold Emnity to save its life. The DPS classes will out-emnity it based on pure dps, Healers will out-emnity it based on heals and well a tank doesn't even need the defender stance. The best stance by far is the DPS stance, useful in all situations.

Yes yes, I'm just waiting on a way to re-spec. This is the saddest of days.

the development and operations teams are currently considering providing all player accounts with an additional seven days to their free trials

They're not committing to anything until after the maintenance on the 4th. Granted they're not Nexon, so the odds of them pulling a flat out 'ha ha not going to happen' is low, it's still prudent to not get hopes up for a very nice maybe.

I am waiting on any news of a way to re-spec my Chocobo's skills. I chose Defender tree and it is SO useless, I would rather go with Attacker. Apparently, max rank is 10, so if I started spending in the Attacker tree, I would be missing on a few of the highest skills.

I doubt you will ever be able to re-spec the chocobo since it's kinda sad if you can just redo your lifelong companion to suit your needs.

They said on the forums that you can't, at least not currently.
