Q: Will there be a Masteria update (or GMS original content, for that matter) scheduled for the near future? If so, can you give us a hint to what it might be?

A: You must be an old school MS player! The localization team and the Korean developers are still working out the details, but the Localization team will do whatever it takes to keep the flavors of the original Masteria.

And yes Masteria revamp is planned for release later this year

Q: Seeing how PSY was advertised in eMS, would you feel that gMS should get more famous people with events related?

A: The Korean team actually brought up the Psy promotion a while back. In the end, NxA decided not to proceed for various reasons but NxE obviously decided to go ahead.
I don't know about the celebrity promotions though, the logistics in writing out contracts, spending resources to make the items/events/etc, cost associated, expected revenue, etc are a lot of considerations to make. I personally don't see much benefit from them, but that's just my own opinion.

A: We're still fleshing out the details. There were TONS of stuff added with RED update (new class, items, towns, zones, modes, bosses, list goes on). We'll share the details when we can
