Announcing end of Season 3 Rewards

With less than three months to go until the end of Season 3, we know anticipation is growing around this year’s rewards. It’s time to reveal what you can earn for Season 3 ranked play.

Like last year, we’re dishing out the rewards based on the tier you reach during Season 3 ranked play. You’ll earn rewards by playing ranked in any game mode (solo, duo, 5v5 or 3v3), and you’ll nab the reward corresponding to the highest tier you hit across all modes. Keep in mind that for 5v5 and 3v3 tier rewards, you have to have played at least five games with the team and participated in 30% or more of the teams total games to qualify.

Enough with the exposition, let’s show off the rewards!

• Bronze or higher: Season 3 Summoner Icon You’ll earn a Summoner Icon that displays your accomplishments. There is a different icon for each tier.
  
• Silver or higher: Profile banner trim, Loading screen border, and Victorious Ward Skin From your profile banner to your loading screen, reach Silver or higher to earn the corresponding trim. Each tier has a different colored trim. At Silver tier, you’ll also pick up a new permanent Victorious Ward skin to light up the jungle your way.
  
• Gold or higher: Season 3 medal for Buddy and Team invitations and Victorious Champion Skin Should you climb to the highest ranks of competitive play, you’ll greet new friends and teammates with a personalized invitation badge that shows off your success in shiny style. You’ll also earn the permanent Victorious Ward skin and a unique Victorious skin.

I seriously thought it was going to be a Demacian theme for Victorious. Doesn't seem that way anymore.

Sooooo time for ranked? How Do-able is to get from Unranked to Gold in 2 months? Then again my Intarwebzs have been total pomegranate these past few weeks so i doubt i get any real progress.

kinda sad how it doesnt even matter that i was trying to get a diamond border for 3s and 5s when my soloq one will be enough for both of them.. Hopefully theres better prizes for team ranked

Try harder. If not this season, wait for it to end and let it reset your w/l if your mmr is pineappleed up, and just practice from here

If you're not gold and you want it, then practice up, I couldn't do pomegranate in ranked where I was, so I practiced in normals and waited for s3 to reset my elo, then I got gold in a week.

Silver 1 or 1466 elo

You can't give me answers like "hur but you're diamond" when I was once a bronzie like you guys are/were at one point.(not talking to you really, I actually don't know you and don't think I've played with you)

Fenix I want to say don't do ranked because I feel like you live in the lolrage thread, but if you want to it shouldn't be that hard if you're a good player.

I got out of placements at silver 1, so make sure you tryhard in those match ups.[/COLOR]

Joking aside, the least I can do is finish provisionals and land in bronze before the end of season 3 just to say I was ranked in season 3. lol

Here's a tip: Either make a lot of 3v3 teams and hope that you can get to Gold there or duo que with a friend and get to Gold.

3 v 3 teams are the best way to get to Gold. Grab other Southperryans that are extremely highly ranked to balance your normal elo, and hope for the best in provisionals.

Time to become a silver elo scrub.
