WOW that is really a perceptive observation, and it really might be what happened... I can see the gloves and hats just having regular 100% scrolls used on them after a flame... but the Scissors count thingy? Maybe it wasnt implemented in GMS

Seeing how there are no such scrolls for Accessories or Earrings that give Jump, I get the feeling those might not be legit...
