Got the patch to work finally last night, ended up having to delete a couple folders and force the dumbo thing to re-patch.

Also, fun times when your team rolls 4 ADC's + Janna (me) in ARAM, and my team yells at me for building tanky and not AP when the opponents Master Yi is 1-2 shotting people left and right.. Two pentas and a quad (I was the lone survivor) from Yi and I'm wrong for building some defense, yup.

This is actually a tough decision because if you did build AP, you would've dominated the early game and maybe Yi wouldn't have scaled as hard.

So I found out my cousins play LoL and so the sad truth comes out.

I'm the weakest out of everyone.

God damn... Such a huge losing streak lately. I went from nearly 15 wins in a row as Udyr to 4 losses in a row, along with several losses with other characters.


On a positive note, I picked up Volibear for jungling and I'm liking it a lot.

I had the most fun time on j4 today. Another reason why he's my favorite champion.

I tried playing Lee Sin today. ...And ended up with a Cait with SotO and Nid "support" with Mejai's. So my 5 successful ganks in a row didn't make much of a difference when it actually came time to teamfight.
At least I can ward jump decently.

So my results of my ranking spree today: I lost more than what I gained. Every lane I go, it seems that it's nearly impossible for me to win by the end game. Lanes dieing a lot, I can't carry because of obstacles, ugh.

silver 1 was sort of the easiest for me, silver 3 to 2 was the hardest for me. But Idk I started getting my runes instead of using crap runes until silver 1.

All depends on how quickly you move up. If you skyrocket up through S5 - S1, yes, S1 is going to clamp you to make sure you legitimately belong there and it wasn't a lucky streak. If you're moving up at a reasonable pace, it won't clamp nearly as hard/at all.

quite the opposite, if you are skyrocketing up to silver 1, you won't get clamped at all, you are going to be clamped regardless in silver 1 if you are not skyrocketing.

This is the reasoning

if you are skyrocketing up from silver 5>silver 1. You probably skipped silver 4 and silver 2, going from silver 5>silver 3>silver 1, this means your mmr is extremely high, even higher than gold 1-2, the system won't clamp you because it believes you should be way higher than your division.

if you are moving at a steady pace, once you get to silver 1. You are going to gain like 10 lp and losing like 5 lp depending on your mmr for a few games. Eventually your gains would be like + 25, -13 after a few games because it becomes stable then. I had more than 100 games in silver 2-4, when I was in silver 1 at 0-30 lp I got clamped then it went away, at 50-70 lp I got it again then it went away, at 90-99 I got clamped again and it went away. it takes like 5 games or so depending on your mmr and goes away. It's sort of expected because once you get 20+ lp per win, you would rise extremely fast if it let you continue doing that, so they slow it down after you get to certain spikes.
