Live Support Chat is working now

It seems they cover everything but ban appeals though. I was able to get in contact with a GM within around 30 seconds of filling out the stuff they needed. If there is no conversation after 10 minutes then they auto create a ticket for you to respond(not sure how that was necessary). The GM was somewhat helpful regarding a billing issues I had several years ago. Also you can have them email you the transcript you have with the GM you get.

Was this a recent function added? I haven't heard of this.

Nexon is on crack. Too bad the only issues I have besides in-game glitches/bugs are two accounts banned. Meh.

edit: he's telling me to redownload the client and to use PMB which i'm not willing to do. and apparently he doesn't have a direct download link. oh well, i tried. guess i'll just wait for next patch and hope maple works then.

Yeah, thats how it works with most companies, its just standard procedure to try the simplest solution first and see how it works out, then go from there if it fails.

the thing is that i did reinstall though, just through steam, as it's more or less a direct download. i'm pretty sure the issue is windows 8's compatibility with the latest (or one of the latest) patches, i haven't been on maplestory on my desktop for the past few weeks. the game runs fine on my laptop (windows vista).

i'm going to try downloading the direct download of v138 (which was posted on the site and is still available) and patch up, see if that makes a difference.

Finally a quicker way to complain!

This live chat feature is complete garbage, whenever I go to the page that its on it says "offline" always says "offline" and when it is online no one even helps me out which was one time out about 15 times I checked to see if they were actually on.
