ok two things,

i got 48 eid money just by staying at home and my favourite pornstar has girls' generation as his twitter header. im so happy.

Sister surprised me by buying me the beautiful book "A Dance with Dragons"! Super excited to read more of it, only read the prologue and first chapter

wrote the beginning to a short story series about a boy having his faith tested by the devil, and another sappy heart-break poem.
Wee changing winds of seasons. Fxck it's getting cold.

Helped my friends move apartments all day, haven't seen them in over a month and it went really well considering they weren't really packed. Learning in situ hybridization this week in lab and our PI ordered a $10,000 stereotaxic surgery device just for me to do surgeries along with our doctoral student, which is a huge responsibility but also good to know they really trust me

Finished Dangan Ronpa finally, one of my favorite games I played tbh.

And I cleaned my house~ I had a pretty good day.

GO AWAY dang it

After two weeks, my new room is FINALLY set up. I have an actual bed to sleep on, everything is stowed away, and it looks great. Unfortunately I don't have art for the walls yet, but that will come over time.

God I love Brooklyn.

I was the first one in the (university) gym today at 7:00 AM. It was kind of weird. No music, no weights being dropped all over the place, just silence. I was doing my thing for about 10 minutes before anyone else walked in.

Also making my new roommate, who's Japanese, feel at home here. He's going on a tour for international transfer students up in San Francisco; I told him he'd really enjoy Market Street/Ghirardelli Square and to bring us back a pizza from Blondie's. He moved in a few days ago and he seems really cool so far.

Playing Pokemon Black 2 all day. I really want an Abra with Magic Guard, but I can't access the Dream World.

I just realized I completely forgot about the most recent Hot Days...and could honestly care less. I think I might be done with MapleStory. :o

For the past week, I've only been on the Internet for a grand total of about 3 hours (okay 4, counting today).

Feels nice. Also read A Clockwork Orange in two sittings. I need more books to read.

So today was my overtime day and, last week, I was told it was mandatory. Unfortunately for me, it was changed to voluntary overtime, due to them not having as much work as they initially thought, and I was never told about it until the standup meeting. I also wasn't the only person who didn't get a call yesterday and most people in my group left at lunch. Of course I don't have a car or a phone, so I just toughed it out. It was an easy day though, and I might have still gone to work had I known it was changed to voluntary, but I was just annoyed that I didn't get the call...

Finally got a Joltik in Pokemon Black 2. I'm currently playing that game while listening to the B-52s.

Got my refund, bought groceries, finished S1 of Digimon, haven't been able to start working at Michaels out here, getting really pissed off at this bs I want to go back to work already I need money. ;_;

As soon as I start to get busy with work, people wants to make plans with me and do things.

Uurgh.

Bought a guitar.

I had something of a breakdown lately after a lot of personal realization and personal issues over the week, and I uninstalled Maple to take a hiatus from it.

I'm probably going to kill off my YouTube channel and my guild doing this but they'll still be there after I return anyway.
I've jump-started each before once, after all. I can do it again.

I probably could balance Maple if I balanced my time really well, but I rather sacrifice Maple than go through extra stress to make odds and ends meet.

On a happier note, I've been YouTubing Lindsay Lohan and Aishwarya Rai cameos/interviews lately. Now I'm tempted to watch all their films haha.

a half semester honors course (basically a joke)...... and an American history course

Going to contact professors I talked with last year to join their lab, and also planning on getting work-study.
Gonna be busy busy busy! (secretly trying to stop my maple-diction)
