Items with bonus / regular potential

Simple question is simple: When an Item has bonus potential but not regular potential lines, is it possible to add regular potential to that item? if yes how?

Yes. Just do it the same way you normally would. Regular Potential and Bonus Potential have no effect on each other; the same goes for Nebulites as well.

Bonus potential uses a different kind of cube that's not up for sale all the time.

Correct.

Potential and additional potential are separate. You can have one, the other, or both. You can use pot scrolls to give regular potential to items with additional potential. (you can also use those carving thing to add additional potential to an item). Additional potential can also have 3 lines (slot carvers add a line I believe). The cubes for them are only sold during events unfortunately.
