Where Do I Get Gachapon Tickets?

So, instead of adding the new weapons to their respective normal sources (the LHC merchant for the Von Leon desperado, and Cygnus for the Empress desperado), they just shove them in Gachapon. Easier to code and more profitable. Win-win, right?

This sounds really underpowered, lol. Also, hooray for Gachapon-exclusive Mastery Book! I'm definitely not playing this class.

Definitely not. I've seen that book in FM a lot. In a way, they aren't lying since everywhere else drops Mystery Mastery Books instead of specific ones.

Pretty sure they meant the lv120, 130, and 140 desperados. I ouldnt make sense to only release one classes lv160 item. And they dont mention terminous.
