Welcome Aurtax, the new Senior Community Representative!

Greetings Maplers,

I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Edward but you will know me in these parts as Aurtax; I recently joined the MapleStory team as your new Senior Community Representative.

I’ve been a gamer since I was a wee lad, playing Intelevision and Nintendo games as a way to get closer to my father. It wasn’t too long before my skills surpassed his and I realized it was a passion of mine. I was hooked and haven’t stopped playing video games since. While I’m mostly a PC gamer at this time, I do like to mix it up with some console games every now and again. My favorite game of all time would probably be Chrono Trigger, though my favorite series would be between Resident Evil and Dead Space.

I’ve been employed in the gaming industry for almost a decade now and have had the privilege to work with a few communities in that time. I look forward to chatting with each and every one of you and getting to know you all a bit better. Together I hope we can build a stronger relationship within the community. I only ask that you give me some time to learn the ropes; we have some exciting times ahead of us!

To help me get to know you a bit better, please take a moment and let me know what your favorite class is. Also, I’d love to hear what you enjoy most about the MapleStory community outside of the game.

Other than the fact that everyone is going to chew this guy alive, I wonder how involved he will be on Southperry. Afaik Girasol came here on her own volition so I wonder if Nexon will even ask him to spend time here...

Today will mark the start of something, the end of something, or the continuance of something. Gotta wait and see if it's going to be good.

Would you be referring to Ataraxia?

If it was the former member of SW known as Ataraxia, things might wind up going rather smoothly. But we can't really know for sure, until he comes and registers with SP.

"Senior Community Representative" -So who are the Junior Community Representatives? Or is it just a fancy title for Community Representative?

I hope he can do at least half as well as Girasol did.

Ataraxia, huh? Now that is a name I haven't heard in a long time.

He does sound willing to hear things out at least which is a good thing but only time will tell if he'll be as good as Girasol was. Looking forward to see if he'll be showing up at SP as well.

He wont last that long.
