That was the highest I saw my damage at. 431 seemed to be a common damage number, especially with spikes, though I was usually hitting around normal damage with ishtar. Not sure exactly how the PDR works with Vellum and with my defence break skill, but I saw a lot more high numbers than low. I have 92% ignore DEF in my stat window.

your defense break means that 40% of your attacks will ignore ALL of chaos vellum's defense, so you're hitting a 0% PDR boss then.

It seemed as if it wasn't 40% though; unless the defense break numbers were just overshadowing the non ones, it felt as if I was hitting 'normal' damage always with ishtar, but never with spikes.

well, about that i wouldn't be able to say, since my mercedes isn't even close to 180, but i still remember that CPB video of the mercedes hitting either 1's, or 300 k's.

When defense break procs, all hits after it will proc it as well.

Only very rich people would want another nebulite tier to come out. Thats like wanting one more potential tier.

It's not a problem if they release a new tier AND they release a reasonable way to get nebs.

And knowing nexon that 5% will be a flat 5% at first so it will be a 5.000000...00001% chance

5% flat will be better than 5% increment from lets say 1% -> 1.05% lol.
5% drop rate is plenty high if they drop from non-boss monsters
