True, but nexon also has a legal responsibility to defend its trademark, else they risk losing it.

(Not that I have any idea what that seriously means), and besides that, nexon tried to shut places like southperry down at one point for extraction images, the nexon legal department is not above wasting money on stupid things

They asked the website to close down because they believed the method of getting extractions was a hack method or something iirc. The only websites they sue, like lawsuit worthy, were the hacking websites, or at least from what I can remember. Though the insignificance of this app makes me believe they won't even ever know it exists lmao

MapleStory's Sprites are pretty much everywhere.
I remember like 3 years ago, when I used to play Facebook games I found a game which had the same freakin' crows from Mushroom Shrine. And I mean THE SAME, and they even re-colored from level to level just like any other RPG.

OT: Might we worth running an image search of Nexon sprites to see where else they might haven been used outside of Nexon related games.
