Trip to Everfree had to but cut at the last minute because it's either I stay in Seattle for the ENTIRE JULY or I go at the end of July, because a wedding popped up 3 weeks after Everfree. Even then, I'm expected to be moving to my new house with my family around early July...then i gotta celebrate my ex's birthday, which is on the 8th, but actually her birthday is the 11th, then my birthday on the 16th, some grad parties happening on the 5th, and so on. BASICALLY, MY JULY IS BOOKED. Also, plane fare got strikingly higher. I was gonna book around May, but the price was 500+. My budget was $750.
If rumors were right, Bronycon is set to have a Winter one in the west this year to close out the Convention season.

And I recently got to watch EQG today. So while it's still fresh in my mind as a daisy rose...luck, I'll break it down without spoilers.
Plot:Well, it's sorta of a typical generic plot in terms of how a person goes to a new school (or in this terms a new dimension and a new school,), fitting in (Or in terms learning on how to become human..), and at the same time challenge and extinguish the bully of the school. (Shimmer) What made this different is that it even tho it worked off from this plot, the writers got crafty and removed certain cliches and also did certain things that actually made people go "Wait, did they seriously just put this in a kid's movie?"
Humor:The same as any typical MLP Episode but on a bigger scale. Obviously seen from the trailers alone, they didn't really tip the bar in terms of humor.
Characterization:...WELL, to be honest, even tho they carried all of their Pony Counterpart traits, they could have worked off this, and broadened from here, give or take this is a whole new playing field. But you know, it's just a movie. Also I'll say this now, Flash x Twilight, oh god, that's not gonna last.
AWWWWWW SH'IT SON! I'm not sure if I want to get them since I currently don't touch GaiaOnline, but I know for sure these will be insanely popular and want them all for the sake of it. Wallet is already crying from Steam sale. >

I helped with animation for DRZach Rich, director of DR was responsible for the writing and story of it. In his defense, I do have a couple of words though This was written back in season 1. Characters hadn't been as well established at that time. RD was kind of a douche at that point. The memes hadn't been done to death at that point either, even though he added some as time went on and new memes popped up.
