Frosty scroll does wonders for xenons.

10% ignore from lumi's link skill, 30% from fuzzy - shoot, 30% from offensive matrix... About 55.9% ignore not including ambition
15% boss from ds's link skill, 30% boss from 6-piece sharktooth set, 6% from card decks, 3% from da card effect... 54% boss[/COLOR]

Some of those drops look like they're from event only gear, like the kaiser belt from the tempest event.

They look like CPB drops... especially the face accessory.
