[Update] Regarding Xenon Double Miracle Time on July 13th.

The only compensation I'd see them giving out is probably a rescheduled miracle time. I don't really think they'd give out anything just because they forgot to schedule the miracle cube's version of a 2x exp event.

For Christmas last year, 2x cards did not stack with the 2x event and they did compensate people for the first card they bought. However they waited till months after the fact and made no announcement, they just gave those people 2k maple points. I dont see them doing that here because you could still use the cubes and get stuff, vs the 2x card no working at all. I hope we do get compensated, but I doubt it. If anything, maybe they give players that bought cubes a free cube package or a % of the nx they spent back as maple points?

Typical Nexon response. All that mincing of words, overuse of euphemisms and other formalities are getting annoying. They always use the same words too, not to mention it took them over a day to admit this. There's little need for any big investigation and they know it. They screwed up, Double Miracle event didn't happen and now they should be giving some kind of refund for those affected.

As many of you noticed, the Double Miracle Time Events that were scheduled for Saturday, July 13th, did not happen as planned. Were investigating the issue, and will be posting updates on our investigations and next steps that will be taken to correct it. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

[Update] To make up for the issue for the Double Miracle Time Events scheduled for Saturday, July 13th, were scheduling two more Double Miracle Times and replacing any Miracle Cubes you used during the events.

New Double Miracle Time Events

Thursday, 7/18: 12 AM 1 AM and 2PM 4PM (PST)
Saturday, 7/20: 12 AM 1 AM and 3PM 4PM (PST)

Miracle Cube CompensationIf you used Miracle Cubes between 12 AM and 2 AM or 2PM and 4 PM (PST) on 7/13, well refund those cubes during the 7/17 maintenance so you can use them during the new Double Miracle Time Events on 7/18 and 7/20. The Miracle Cubes will be available through the Reward System.

I used four cubes and went from rare to unique, which is why I thought double miracle time actually was going
I could only buy 11 cubes though so hopefully I'll get lucky again.

Also nice that the rescheduled time is on a weekday. If the Thursday midnight one does not work they have two days to work on it before they absolutely must leave the office for the weekend.

Nexon making sensible decisions? Not bad.

[Update 3] Regarding Xenon Double Miracle Time on July 13th.

During our scheduled maintenance on 7/17, there was an error that led to erroneous compensation of Miracle Cube items for some players. We apologize for the issue, and we will be giving out the correct compensation during next week’s weekly maintenance(7/24). This also means we’ll be adding more Double Miracle Time Events so that you can take full advantage of your Miracle Cubes and Potential Locks. Miracle Cubes that were given in excess to some players will not be retrieved and will be free to use.

We’re sorry to make you wait so long to use your items. The team is taking steps to correct the errors and will provide an updated schedule when available.
