Although I StreetPassed my friends and other ppl, I don't order furniture. It feels too cheap. Rather be surprised to find new stuff at Nook's and earn them the old fashioned way.

You make it sound like something shameful to do. D: It's not like Street Pass equals hacking, nor is it super easy to meet people. Also not everyone you meet has all his/her furniture in their homes sorted and lined up. Waiting for new stuff is similar to waiting for new street passes to me, considering it's normally so hard to meet people (at least in Germany). Plus you can only order 5 a day, so there is a limit.

Edit: I can't wait for my shampoodle to open! I urgently need a hair change.

You can't order items that can't normally be ordered from your own catalog anyway so any "special" items are still off limits. I know I had used Reggie's house to get myself a couple of the glass displays, and Krys' for some Asian stuff. I mean, it's no less legit than trading with other people.

People on ACC are doing the same thing. A bunch of the threads there are prompting people to report the glitch because of crashing 7/11 prices.

Wat? Besides Nintendo will never patch it, it took them months to do mario kart and that was for a game where it actually mattered. And I think the only other retail game to get a patch was the European version of Devil Survivor Oveclocked to fix a couple of game crashing glitches. (Still angry that Virtues Last REward Never got its save data deleting bug that is ridiculously easy to run into patched)

I brought my 3DS with me to school one day to get Play Coins and i got 4 Street Passes

I've actually started carrying mine around with me in my backpack when I go to my college for classes and I've gotten 11 streetpasses off of that (over a one week span).
I wonder if I'll have better results when there are people actually here...summer classes keep the college relatively empty haha.

Also, I finally have acquired a copy of new leaf and have been playing it obsessively for about 10 days now!

Got my first camper today. Coincidentally he happened to be the "Lazy" type, so I ended up following the "Exploit" to get an insane amount of bells off of him, as well as get a lot of furniture either I or my sister needed.
