• Check the top of the screen for the scroll message and the Double Miracle Time notifier at the left side of the screen.
  
• You will be able to see Miracle Cube icons during Double Miracle Time.
  
• During the event, youll have a 2x rate of increasing your potentials rank through Miracle Cubes!
  
• Also, some of the luckiest users will be granted with a Double Miracle Time Blessing after successfully increasing rank TWICE! This buff will allow everyone in the map to receive Weapon Attack +30 and Magic Attack +30 for 15 minutes.

I recall this (no Miracle Time, or was it 2X?) happened in the recent past and it was quickly identified by a certain someone. This individual quickly assured the players that Nexon was aware and was rectifying the situation. It sure would be nice to have someone that could shield your company or at least dampen the flames of rage; not to mention someone that could serve as some sort of liaison to keep your player base, those that pay no-less, informed of the goings on.

But I'm just being silly, such a position surely has not ever existed nor is it possible for this position to be created or filled in some sort of timely manner. Sorry I wasted your times with my pipe dreams and delusions.

No i don't think he got a buff either. No notices doesn't seem to be an indication of whether it works though.

I still wouldn't bank on cubing with no notice though.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Senior Community Representative is responsible for building and managing a strong online gaming community for the games. This includes moderating and monitoring forums, designing community engagement programs and reporting community issues.

But I suppose its hard to find good dedicated experienced people willing to work 80 hours a week at minimum wage with no overtime.
