Missing Xenon mastery book from quest?

So when you hit level 70, you get a special mastery book for fourth job. I'm 100% positive I accepted it and got the book, but looking in my inventory now, it's nowhere to be found.

Unless I'm completely blind or my eyes are consistently skipping over it..

Cant say, maybe you accidentally tossed it? Are you sure you got one in the first place? Mine worked fine...
