Seems rather similar to Quinn. Sounds fun though, especially the ultimate. Sounds like Miss Fortune's ultimate, but mobile.

DISCLAIMER: This is all speculative and I probably haven't played enough Draven to say anything concrete. If he still ends up being a good enough lane bully than what I said means nothing.

I agree that Draven's passive was OP early game, but I think removing Draven's current passive is harsh for a few reasons:

- He loses a lot of damage in mid/late game in the form of bleed damage
[INDENT]- He loses a bigger % damage the less AD he has. He is punished harder for losing lane. And since he's a lot more likely to lose lane now, he's more likely to fall off.[/INDENT]


- Everyone has a good chance to win lane against Draven now. This is mostly a good thing, but in the event that Draven does lose lane, he falls off very hard, and for two reasons:
[INDENT]1. Read the first bullet point
2. Because he lost lane, he won't have a key defensive item (or something) so he won't be able to catch as many axes in the first place. Since so much of his damage/DPS comes from axes this makes him fall off really hard. Caitlyn works the same way in that she falls off hard without items, but she hardly ever loses lane, so it's not a big problem with her. The thing was that Draven always won lane and had little opportunity for counterplay outside of ganks. This nerf made him go from more of a lane powerhouse than Caitlyn to less of a lane powerhouse than Caitlyn. My concern comes from them over-nerfing his laning phase--Draven is supposed to be a lane bully.[/INDENT]

Lightslinger -> Sheen-esque passive
Piercing Light -> 120% AD ratio
Ardent Blaze -> 90% AP, 90% AD ratio
The Culling -> 40% AP, 33% AD ratio (said to scale with AS as well.)

FFS. I've been waiting weeks for this and have had 2,000 RP sitting around the entire time. To hear this frustrates me a little. *sigh* At least this gives me time to play with the Master Yi rework until I get bored of it.

[COLOR="#0000FF"]Lucian could mow down a whole team of squishies, but if any of them dodge, he misses, he gets cc'd, etc then he really doesn't do much else.

The fact that you have to build armor instead of mres against him is good, cause lucian will never be buy void staff or anything.

Plus I doubt he'll be that fed and have that much ap anyway. With nashors and lich to let him do some damage other than his ult, and to spam more w's, he's still pretty weak outside his ult. The ad builds however are delicious
