Absolute Ring Event

Seems like absolute rings will be INSANELY expensive since everyone is saying f'uck it.

...If it weren't for the fact that 3rd tier rings outclass it.

One Absolute Ring per account, right?

No. You can get as many Absolute Rings on one account as you want.

You can't add potential to evolving rings.

i think i'll stick with 2 as well. No way in hell do I have the time or patience for any more than that >.>

So you need to participate on ALL 36 days for the Absolute ring, eh? I already missed out yesterday due to no pop-up in the game about the event or anything.

No, it says you have to do it for 31 days total, meaning it allows you to slip-up a few times, you can still get the absolute ring even though you missed yesterday.

A lot of people aren't getting the absolute ring simply because it's not a 3rd tier potential ring. But I think thats stupid. The only character I have potentiable rings on is my main, all the rest are pretty much mules and would benefit greatly from having a 4th evolving ring, if and when I decide to play them again. Also would help with creating new characters too.

Not going to even bother starting this, since I know I'll miss a week or two this summer during holidays.
I don't know if I would bother even if I could complete it. I should be able to get better rings for my main, and with all the new overpowered classes, new mules level easily enough without extra rings anyway.

I intend to try and get several of them, because those are really nice stats for a tradeable ring. It is of course great for low-level characters (although with the way every new class is OP most new chars hardly need any buffs to 1-hit everything all the way to 120), but also nice for any higher level characters I can't afford to give high-level expensively-scrolled-and-cubed rings to.

I'm assuming we won't be able to keep the other 3 rings if we get the absolute ring, anyone confirm?

Nexon Wrote:Evolving Rings are back! This time however, things have changed. There are now three Evolving rings to collect and upgrade, and if you collect all three and upgrade them at least 31 times total, you can combine them into the ultimate Evolving ring: the Absolute Ring. This powerful ring has the combined stats of all three Evolving rings. There are three different phases, in which you will receive a ring and be able to upgrade it. Check out the details below!

100% sure you'll lose the other evo rings as this text shows.

how can they expect players to be on every single day of summer? if it was only 2 ring (about 3 weeks) it was maybe ok to be dealt with, but since you must have all 3 rings at level 10+,im pretty sure it is not such appealing to most people.although they give you 3 days you can miss, its simply not enough.most of people at summer are going places, visiting people, sleep at their family and friends and cant simply be online every single day.if the would have given the whole summer for 2 rings,it was much better and im sure many more people would be participating, thats the reason why most people are saying they are only going for chair (time equal for leveling 2 rings to max).they should call this ring: absolute addiction ring. They give you 12 days to get 11 upgrades on the ring so if you miss 1 day you will be fine. THe question is do your 3 evo rings disappear after you claim your absolute ring?

Well...

Nexon's information post Wrote:you can combine them into the ultimate Evolving ring: the Absolute Ring.

Also:

The absolute ring only has 15 attack. The previous 3 evo rings have a total attack of 20 (5/5/10). Is it unreasonable to think that maybe the 3 rings that we get from this event are different (in terms of the stats they have) from the previous 3 evo rings? :f6:
Just a thought.

These new rings are different from the previous ones. Each of them is a single item, "scrolled" 11 times. The previous rings were 10 or 17 different items in the data (which led to glitches being allowed to wear different levels together, etc). Extractions don't show us the stats for the +11 rings, but logic indicates each of them will end up with 1/3 the stats of the Absolute ring.

I noticed this too.

I wonder if this means we can apply potential on them o.O

No, they have a "cannot have potential" tag. and the completed versions have no slots.
