Limited-Time Chairs

Get your Xenon amped up with these special, time-limited chairs - only available from the Great Gachapierrot! Seek out the Galacto-Drill Chair, the Nibelung Battleship Chair and the Dunas Jet Chair.

Where Do I Get Gachapon Tickets?

English is ambiguous, but I would tend to think that the "Xenon" applies to both the mastery books and the weapons. Still, pretty sure ordinary level 100 and 110 whip blades don't pass the "worth over 1k nx" test.

since the mighty Girasol only mentioned shark tooth and raven horn out of all empress sets, so its really only Xenon weapons.
all people who will race to 200 will sure want a high level weapon to suit them so they will gach until any 140+ weapon will come out.

Aren't you expecting a bit much? I feel like the new Gachapon is already pretty fair... you shouldn't expect to "win" with every ticket. Like other random items such as the Surprise Style Box, the idea is that on average, the rewards gained will be worth 1k each. If all the rewards from Gachapon were "decent", all that would result is massive deflation.
