Considering the context of his post, i'm more inclined to believe he meant execute as in "kill", rather than execute "put into action" because that wouldn't make any sense.

I don't see why they didn't just give us the update notes instead, I really doubt there will be anything more to this patch than enabling Xenon creation and giving us a few events.

I don't remember but putting the update notes while server is updating became regular on a basis since Legend, most likely when they hold events which the more mule you have the more decent prizes you can get. Probably to prevent players from over-creating mules
P/s: Have they fixed Zakum's entry glitch since the last maintainance yet? I'm looking forward to increase my charm :-<
